WEEKLY ANNOUNCEMENTS 

These are sent out each Wednesday. The choices are either hard copy or via email (or both, if you prefer). Please let the school know by contacting the school office at ccs4jesus@aol.org.

Whenever our weekly announcements are sent out virtually, we will have messages posted on Facebook as well. We will also post notes and photos of events. And if you don't mind, CCS would like to hear from you so talk to us on Facebook.

CCS has a NEW website. Check out our new url, covenantchristianaurora.org. Many forms, including the hot lunches and the Parent Student Guide (handbook) can be downloaded and viewed here.

TWITTER 

Follow us... #ccs4jesus. If you are on twitter you don't have to go to the website's announcement page or go to our Facebook to check what is going on at CCS. We post our Wednesday announcements on Twitter as well. Yes... we are on Twitter because we like to be known all over Aurora and the whole wide world. So join us and together let's "twit" for CCS.

PARENTS LOG-IN 

Kids can't remember their homework etc...? Homework, projects, field trip dates and other info are now on CCS parents log-in page located on the CCS website. To access, use generic password"homework".

DOES CCS SUPPLY HOT LUNCHES?

We currently do not have the facilities to provide a hot lunch on the premises. We do however offer an optional low cost hot lunch on Fridays and a special Pizza Day every other Wednesday. Menus and order forms are sent out before the first of each month and are available to order either for the entire month or weekly.

CAN WE VISIT THE SCHOOL DURING SCHOOL HOURS?

All parents are welcome in the school. However, when a visit to the classroom is necessary, please come to the office first rather than to the classroom.  If you wish to talk to your child’s teacher, you can arrange for a private conference by calling the office or sending a note/email to the teacher. Homework, books, or other items to be delivered to your child may be left in the school office. Visitors should abide by the same dress regulations as the students in regard to neatness, modesty, cleanliness and no fad styles. Whenever possible, visiting permission should be obtained one day in advance.

CAN WE TAKE OUR STUDENT OUT FOR FAMILY VACATION TIME?

For your child to gain the most in school, he/she must be regular in his/her attendance. Vacation time should be limited to official calendar days when school is not in session. A parent request form may be obtained from the teacher to fill out in the event the time off is educationally related.

DO WE NEED TO GO TO OUR CHILD’S PRIOR SCHOOL TO OBTAIN TRANSCRIPTS? CAN WE OBTAIN CCS TRANSCRIPTS TO TAKE TO THE NEW SCHOOL?

You will be given a transcript request form from us that will be mailed to the prior school.

Likewise, the new school will send us a form to request records to be sent.

WILL TUITION/FEES BE REFUNDED IF WE CHANGE OUR MINDS ABOUT OUR CHILD’S ENROLLMENT AT CCS?

Full payment of tuition is due according to the option/plan selected and shall be due in full regardless of student withdrawal. Fees are non refundable.
